Overview
Up to £27,694 + excellent benefits. Westmorland School is seeking a Maintenance Worker to help keep the building safe, welcoming and well maintained for our pupils.
Responsibilities
- Carry out general day-to-day repairs to keep the school running smoothly.
- Drive the school vehicles and keep them in good working order.
- Maintain the school grounds and garden to a neat and tidy standard.
- Be a familiar, friendly face to pupils and participate in safeguarding training as required.
Requirements
- Have maintenance skills, either professionally or as a DIY enthusiast.
- Demonstrate a can‑do attitude and be a team player who is happy to help others.
- Be confident taking responsibility for buying smaller pieces of maintenance equipment.
