£45,123 - £53,603 (including paid school holidays) + excellent benefits. The role is based at Luxborough Court School in Essex, an independent specialist day school for boys and girls with autism and other complex needs. You will be covering maternity leave for one year.
Responsibilities
- Support educational and residential colleagues to provide therapeutic learning environments.
- Conduct clinical assessments and formulate individualised interventions.
- Provide therapeutic interventions to children and young people with complex needs.
- Deliver supervision, clinical development and training to the multi‑disciplinary team.
- Maintain high standards of clinical practice and safeguard the welfare of all pupils.
Qualifications
- Qualified Speech and Language Therapist registered with the HCPC.
- Experience working with children and young people with complex needs, including autism.
- Proven skill in engaging and delivering therapeutic interventions.
