Position: Maintenance worker at Luxborough Court School.

Salary: Up to £33,378 plus excellent benefits.

Responsibilities:

  • Carry out general, day‑to‑day repairs to keep the school building running.
  • Drive and maintain school vehicles, ensuring they remain in good working order.
  • Keep the school grounds and garden neat and tidy.
  • Act as a friendly, familiar face for pupils, providing basic child safeguarding support and reporting.
  • Assist in maintaining other facilities such as the sports hall, 6th‑form suite and therapeutic intervention spaces.

Qualifications:

  • Some maintenance skills, either professional or as a DIY enthusiast.
  • A ‘can‑do’ attitude and a team‑player mindset.
