We are looking for a teacher with experience working with children and young people with Special Educational Needs (SEN), particularly autism and/or social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs. You will join Witherslack Group’s Luxborough Court School, a brand‑new purpose‑built facility for 150 pupils aged 5‑19 with Autistic Spectrum Disorder. The salary is up to £65,283 and comes with a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities

  • You will support children and young people with Autistic Spectrum Disorder and SEMH needs, helping them learn, develop their abilities and raise their self‑esteem.
  • You will work alongside in‑house psychologists, teaching assistants and therapy professionals to create meaningful daily learning experiences.

  • Previous teaching experience in a SEN or special education setting
