We are working with a fast-growing SaaS spend analytics and procurement intelligence vendor that helps organisations turn complex spend data into actionable insights, cost savings, and measurable business impact. As part of continued growth, they are hiring a Regional Sales Manager to own the entire UK territory. This is a senior individual-contributor role with responsibility for both closing existing pipeline and driving new customer acquisition.
The Role
- Own and develop the UK territory end-to-end
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close
- Convert existing pipeline opportunities while building net-new business
- Engage senior finance and procurement stakeholders (CFO, CPO, Head of Procurement)
- Build and clearly articulate ROI-led business cases
- Run structured forecasting and maintain accurate pipeline visibility
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product and customer teams
- Provide market and customer feedback to shape go-to-market strategy
- Occasional UK travel for customer meetings as required
What We Are Looking For
- ~5+ years' experience selling complex B2B SaaS solutions
- ~ Proven track record of closing mid-market to enterprise deals (£40k–£200k+)
- ~ Experience selling to finance and/or procurement stakeholders
- ~ Strong new-business capability alongside deal progression and closing
- ~ Comfortable running discovery, demos and value-based sales conversations
- ~ Disciplined, process-driven approach to pipeline and forecasting
- ~ Self-starter mentality with the confidence to own a territory independently
Nice to Have (Not Essential)
- Background in spend analytics, procurement, sourcing or financial systems
- Experience working with ROI models, cost-savings or performance initiatives
