- Overview
World Fuel is seeking an experienced aviation professional to manage onsite operations and customer engagement within our Business Aviation Services team.
This is a highly visible, client-facing role based at the airport, where you will act as the central point of coordination for flight support services, vendor relationships, and customer experience.
You will play a key role in delivering a seamless operational experience while supporting commercial growth across the region.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate flight planning, slot management, and trip support services for key customers
- Act as the primary onsite liaison between customers, FBOs, and airport service providers
- Oversee delivery of services for inbound flights arranged by global teams
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, ensuring high service standards
- Meet and support customers onsite, providing a high-touch, service-driven experience
- Identify and introduce opportunities to expand services and support commercial growth
- Support fuel order coordination and ensure efficient execution of transactions
- Represent sales teams onsite, assisting with client engagement and relationship management
- Contribute to continuous improvement of operations, service delivery, and customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Experience within an aviation operations or airport-based environment
- Strong understanding of business aviation operations and trip support services
- Strong understanding of commercial, cargo and military operations and trip support services
- Exposure to requirements across multiple aircraft types (business, commercial, cargo, and military aviation preferred)
- Experience supporting international flight operations across multiple regions
- Proven ability to manage customer and vendor relationships in a fast-paced environment
- Business awareness with a demonstrated ability to support revenue-generating activities
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to work onsite and adapt to operational schedules
- Extensive knowledge of greater local region and surrounding airports
