WFS Patron seeks a Deputy Head of Fleet and Engineering to support the Head of Fleet & Engineering in a broad range of management activities. You will oversee vehicle procurement, plan budgets, evaluate vehicle types and liaise with builders for safety and interior equipment.
You will supervise Fleet & Engineering staff, ensure compliance with procedures, manage absences and training needs, and drive productivity and performance improvements in a busy workshop environment.
