Lead projects from enquiry and design through to installation and maintenance. Drive business planning, sales forecasting, and target achievement. Mentor, audit, and support your team—helping them (and you) develop. Collaborate with marketing and other teams to position WFP for success. Ensure compliance with NICEIC and industry standards Seek out new business opportunities and deliver exceptional customer service. What You’ll Bring 8+ years’ electrical experience (installations, EICRs, maintenance, etc.). Leadership and management skills—ready to train and inspire others. Commercial acumen with a track record in sales or business growth. Approved Electrician status, 18th Edition, C&G 2391 (or equivalent). Full UK driving licence. Experience with end users in the commercial sector and/or contractors. Bonus points for: EV charging installation experience, NICEIC Qualified Supervisor status, JIB Gold Card, first aid, CAD skills, or a flair for marketing. What’s in It for You?
