We are looking for a highly organised and detail-focused Remote Data Entry Assistant to join an online Beauty products distributor. This role is centred on collating and organising internal data, including customer information, order histories, and product-related details gathered from our website and backend systems.

No prior experience in the beauty industry is needed — just a background in admin, customer service, or any role requiring precision and structure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Extract and collate customer and order data from our website and internal tools.
  • Input and maintain accurate records in company spreadsheets and databases.
  • Organise data into usable formats for team-wide reporting and internal use.
  • Support internal teams by supplying clean, well-structured datasets as needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality and data protection standards when handling customer information.
You’ll Need:
  • Prior experience in admin, data entry, or a similar office-based role.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Familiarity with spreadsheets (Google sheets preferable).
