WFA’s marketing services team helps members in two key ways: Improve the effectiveness and efficiency of client-side marketing investment by leveraging the collective intelligence of the only global network of marketers. Develop and lead industry initiatives designed to improve the global marketing industry for clients and the whole ecosystem. The ‘Sourcing Forum’ brings together over 2,000 global and regional client-side marketing procurement leaders. This network is strategically important to WFA and has contributed greatly to its growth over the past years. We are looking for a candidate to support this growth and enhance our level of service to this expanding community. The successful candidate will be part of a global team of nine, will report to the Director, Asia Pacific Marketing Services and Global Sourcing based in Singapore, and the role is based in London with international travel.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, write and update content relevant to the forum’s priorities, including PowerPoint presentations, member communications and thought leadership reports.
  • Organise and deliver virtual and in‑person events, including preparing agendas, coordinating speakers, and producing post‑meeting summaries highlighting key discussion points and takeaways.
  • Respond to member requests by leveraging the collective knowledge of the network through surveys, benchmarking exercises, and peer‑to‑peer collaboration.
  • Manage CRM‑driven communications and direct member outreach relating to current and upcoming WFA initiatives relevant to the sourcing community.
  • Collaborate with global and local industry partners on relevant initiatives and projects.
  • Support the continued growth of the WFA network through member engagement and recruitment activities.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5+ years’ experience in agency management and/or marketing procurement with an agency, consultancy, client‑side organisation, or trade association background.
  • Service‑oriented mindset with a strong focus on responsiveness and member engagement.
  • Excellent analytical, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills, including confidence in public speaking.
  • Strong organisational and time‑management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A results‑driven self‑starter who can take initiative and lead projects autonomously.
  • Strong analytical capabilities, including experience interpreting data, conducting qualitative research, and developing insight‑led reports and presentations in PowerPoint.
  • Curiosity and interest in identifying emerging trends, innovative thinking, and new industry perspectives.
  • Collaborative, personable, and comfortable working with senior stakeholders across international markets.
  • Ideally combines strengths in both quantitative analysis and qualitative research/report writing.
  • Native‑level proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • Existing right to work in the United Kingdom (e.g., a valid working visa already in place).
