Job Title: CNC Setter (Mills & Lathes)

Location: Poole
Hours: 7am-4pm Mon-Thurs 7am-12pm Fri
Pay: £34,000-£37,000 DOE

We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established, family-run precision engineering company with over 50 years of manufacturing expertise. Operating from a modern facility, the business delivers complete manufacturing solutions—from raw material through to finished components—serving high-spec sectors including aerospace, motorsport, nuclear, and oil & gas.

Key Responsibilities
- Setting and operating a range of Mazak mills and lathes
- Keep machines multiple machines running
- first off inspections when needed
Requirements
- Proven experience in CNC milling and Turning
- Experience with multi axis maching
- Ability to machine to tight tolerances
- Experience working with aluminium and steels
