Job Description We're hiring an experienced Telemarketing Executive to join our team, following an internal move. /n The role: /n /n - Outbound B2B calling to generate qualified appointments /n - Managing and hitting daily/weekly call and booking targets /n - Diary management for the BD Team Calendar /n - Accurate CRM logging of calls and outcomes /n - Collaborating with a team of six high-performing sales professionals /n /n Essential: /n /n - Minimum 1-2 years' outbound/inbound phone sales experience /n - Proven appointment-setting track record, able to discuss call-to-booking conversion rates /n - Confident, resilient phone manner /n - B2B cold-calling experience preferred /n - Experience using HubSpot CRM (or similar) /n /n Salary & Benefits: /n /n - £40,000 basic salary /n - Uncapped commission - £50 for every account opened /n - Pension - yes, after pass probation /n - Holiday allowance - 25 days (5 for Christmas) /n - On-site parking /n /n Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm (Hours to suit you may be considered, dependent on experience) /n Location: Walworth Business Park, Andover /n Progression: Clear route into full sales and account management roles /n Start: ASAP
