Our Apprenticeship programme is designed to provide a platform for anyone, from school leavers to experienced professionals looking for a career change. Through a partnership with Belfast Metropolitan College, you will work towards a Level 3 Providing Financial Services Insurance Programme gaining City & Guilds Level 3 Certificate In Providing Financial Services and CII Level 3 Certificate in Insurance. This is a 2 Year programme where you combine study and hands-on work experience to build knowledge and skills to excel in the insurance industry.
As Corporate Chartered Insurance Brokers, we support and will provide you with CII Membership, study support material as well as study leave and a financial bonus upon successful completion of CII qualifications. Get your insurance career off to a strong start with a dynamic organisation. We have opportunities available for Insurance Apprentices across our Insurance teams. Working with us will give you the opportunity to learn and grow into a career within the Insurance Industry and develop and demonstrate your skills by building and maintaining strong relationships with clients across a wide range of industry sectors.

About The Role
What does the role involve?
- Assist us in providing professional advice and service to all clients.
- Work with senior directors and colleagues to provide clients with the relevant product information which best meets their needs and allows them to make informed decisions.
- Get involved in managing policy events following compliant processes.
- Develop relationships with our clients and deliver excellent customer service.
- Ascertain how to identify and mitigate the impact of potential issues and recognise opportunities for growth.
- Gain cutting-edge skills and knowledge working on a variety of projects individually and as part of a team.
This is a 2-year programme and at the completion of your training you will be a fully functioning Client Manager as part of one of the Divisions within WF Risk Group.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATES
- No previous experience necessary
- GCSE Grade C or above in Maths, English and ICT
- Strong attention to detail
- High level of motivation and resilience with a proactive attitude
- Enthusiastic individuals who are committed and keen to learn

- Ability to support colleagues in a close team environment
