Jobscope: To perform preventive maintenance of Semiconductor tool. Require handling with care for all the parts. Working at least 6 to 8 hours inside cleanroom. To follow procedure of installation and replacement of heavy machinery parts. To perform workplace 6S audit daily. To assist on Minor PM/ Major PM/ Tube Clean/ Main heater change PM etc in terms of logistic tasks. To perform sub fab audit (Include tool health for UPS, Scrubber etc). Training will be provided on site.
