We're looking for someone with experience running a premium, fresh food business for the Weyside in Guildford. The ideal candidate is a people-focused, guest-centric General Manager who has a passion for delivering an incredible experience.
Running a Pub for Young's: We believe pubs should be differentiated and individual and so we are looking for entrepreneurial General Managers to put their own stamp on our businesses. We're all about freedom within a framework - you decide what goes on the food menu - and that doesn't mean picking from a bank of recipes! You tailor your offer to your guests and grow the business in line with your business vision!
