We are looking for a People Business Partner to work closely with senior leaders, providing expert advice, insight and challenge that strengthens leadership capability and improves people performance across the organisation.
What you’ll be doing
- As a true partner to the business, act as a trusted adviser to senior leaders, shaping strategic and operational decisions
- Drive high performance by coaching managers on capability, conduct and wellbeing
- Use people data and intelligence to identify trends, risks and opportunities
- Provide expert support on complex employee relations matters
- Champion consistency, fairness and great people management
- Support engagement, culture and EDI activity across your areas
- Lead with influence, insight and help leaders be their best
What you’ll bring
- CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent)
- Strong ER/casework experience
- Solid knowledge of UK employment law
- Proven experience partnering with leaders and managers
- Excellent communication, coaching and influencing skills
- Confidence using people data to drive decisions
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
- Experience in housing or leading people related projects is advantageous
