What we’re looking for:
- You will carry out the operational duties of an all-round multi-skilled operative, including associated works, across the full range of repair services on all One Manchester owned and managed properties.
- You will visit premises and properties to carry out maintenance, repair, refurbishment and renewal work to both tenanted and empty homes.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Served and completed a recognised trade apprenticeship or appropriate NVQ L3 standard.
- Evidence of key competencies specifically in plumbing (core trade), plastering, joinery and tiling.
- Working knowledge of legislation relating to H&S and CDM.
- Experience of working within a customer facing environment offering excellent customer service.
- Ability to work carefully, methodically and safely with good planning and organisational skills.
- Accurately record, document and complete work activity through mobile devices or other appropriate means.
- Full UK driving licence – as the role involves visiting our properties across Manchester.
