Commercial & Leasehold Property Officer – Weyermann Immobilien AG

Role Overview

Provide a high‑quality service to the Group’s leasehold, shared ownership, market rent and rent‑to‑buy customers ensuring they are managed in accordance with the terms of their leases, legislation, regulation and best practice. Ensure residents receive a customer‑focused, responsive and value‑for‑money service while maximizing income from effective property management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage sales, marketing, letting and property management for shared ownership, market rent, rent‑to‑buy and lease‑hold homes.
• Operate within tenancy, leasehold and relevant housing legislation.
• Handle shared ownership staircasing and re‑sale processes.
• Develop effective relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure a responsive and value‑for‑money experience.
• Use IT, CRM and management systems effectively.
• Work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and Saturdays.

Experience & Qualifications

• Experience managing sales, marketing, letting and property management for the specified property types.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Up‑to‑date knowledge of tenancy, leasehold and relevant housing legislation.
• Knowledge of shared ownership staircasing and re‑sale processes.
• Excellent customer service skills with proven relationship building.
• Good IT skills and knowledge of CRM and management systems.
