Weydon School is seeking a dedicated Progress Coach to support students with special education needs.
This part-time, permanent role starts September 2026, delivering 27.5 hours per week during term time (39 weeks per year) with a salary between £24,420 and £26,167 FTE.
You will work closely with teachers and staff to provide in‑lesson support, targeted interventions in numeracy, literacy, SALT, and emotional literacy, and help students reach their full potential.
