We are seeking an outstanding, innovative and inspirational teacher and SENDCO to serve as Assistant Principal: Inclusion. The appointee will lead our SEND Team, work in close partnership with parents and carers, and liaise with a wide range of external professionals. The role requires a fully qualified SENDCO with proven SEND leadership, EHCP processes and statutory framework knowledge. They will lead change and contribute to whole school improvement, using data to evaluate impact and improve outcomes, while fostering a calm, credible and inspiring leadership style.
