Fashionable, but strong & durable with pockets everything mum & baby need from nappies & wipes, to computers and charges.
We are small team of women working closely together and you will be working with our team in the office.
We are currently seeking a part-time Sales and Customer Service Administrator to join our busy team situated in Kingswinford.
Duties
- Respond to customer service queries via phone, email & social media message
- Handle customer returns
- Managing our preloved platforms
- B2B, Indepenant Stores & European Orders – Invoice, receive payment & process orders
- Dropship – process orders
- Assisting our sales team – reporting, sample order, stock declarations, shipping quotes
- Consumer Shows, if required
- Holiday Cover
- General Office Duties
The role is very varied and would suit a person who likes variety.
Competitive salary.
The role is for 30 hours per week over 5 days (hours will be discussed at interview). You may be required to work extra hours during busy periods and for holiday cover.
Experience
Applicants must be familiar with:

Pay: £19,827.00-£21,840.00 per year
