Role Summary:

The Label Marketing Assistant is a motivated and enthusiastic member of the Distiller Music team in London. This role supports our Campaign Managers across our roster of artists. The role holder is organised, admin focused and a creative thinker. They are comfortable working across all areas of an independent music company which includes the label, studio and publisher.

The role reports into the Managing Director with direction across projects from the campaign managers. The hours are full time at the office 4 days a week with remote working on Fridays.

Accountabilities:

  • Support the Managing Director across general office admin day to day and team/artist travel requirements
  • Support the campaign management team across all areas of marketing rollouts
  • Manage label calendars and release schedules.
  • Asset creation/edits, social media assets and promotional banners.
  • Manage and maintain Distiller’s social media presence and daily content
  • CRM management across campaigns
  • Curate Distiller’s research and data admin reporting
  • Represent Distiller at label & studio events, coordinating guests and taking care of logistics.
