We are seeking to appoint an exceptional English Subject Advisor to play a key role in driving high-quality teaching and improving outcomes for all pupils. Our school is ambitious, forward-thinking, and deeply committed to transforming the life chances of young people within our community. This is an exciting time to join us, as we continue to strengthen our provision and build on recent developments across the Trust.

Following a strategic review by the Board of Trustees, we are now working in close partnership with United Learning, one of the country’s most established and successful multi‑academy trusts. Through this collaboration, staff benefit from high-quality school improvement support, access to experienced Regional Directors, subject specialists, and a wide range of professional development opportunities.

The successful candidate will contribute to the ongoing development of a knowledge‑rich curriculum, supported by shared resources and assessment frameworks that enable a deeper understanding of pupil progress and achievement. This role offers a unique opportunity to work within a growing partnership and to help shape the next phase of the school’s improvement journey.
