The Senior Revenue Marketing Manager will develop and execute strategic, revenue‑driving marketing initiatives across EMEA, focusing on the acquisition part of the customer lifecycle to maximize revenue growth for the EU Mobility business line. The role requires a data‑driven, highly analytical mindset and a solid understanding of customer journey optimisation and marketing automation.

How you’ll make an impact
- Develop and implement comprehensive revenue marketing strategies aligned with EU Mobility objectives and revenue targets.
- Drive sales transformation efforts supporting the shift towards an Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) focused model.
- Ensure delivery of the Marketing Plan, tracking performance against growth and conversion targets.
- Facilitate the transition to ICP targeting by aligning marketing output with sales objectives and high‑value customer segments.
- Design and execute targeted campaigns across channels to drive high‑quality lead acquisition within the EU market.
- Optimize the customer activation process through targeted communications and onboarding programmes.
- Collaborate on customer retention programmes to minimise churn and maximise lifetime value.
- Leverage marketing automation platforms to nurture leads and personalise communications.
- Define, track and analyse key revenue metrics (CAC, activation rate, engagement score, churn rate, LTV) to gauge campaign effectiveness.
- Conduct A/B and multivariate tests on marketing assets and customer journey touchpoints to improve conversion rates.
- Coordinate closely with Sales, Product Marketing and Customer Success teams to align goals and strategies across the EU.
- Manage marketing budgets for revenue‑focused initiatives, ensuring efficient resource allocation and maximum ROI.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in revenue marketing, marketing automation and customer lifecycle management in Europe.
- Provide regular performance reports and insights to key stakeholders.
- Champion operational excellence through strong internal processes and stakeholder engagement.
- Support the Campaign Manager with resource planning and optimisation, establishing best‑in‑class briefing standards.
- Enhance briefing quality to guarantee strategic alignment and clear accountability across cross‑functional marketing initiatives.
Experience you’ll bring
- Previous experience in revenue marketing, demand generation, or a related field, focused on measurable revenue growth.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that improve acquisition, activation, engagement and retention.
- Deep understanding of the customer lifecycle and experience in optimising each stage.
- Extensive experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data, identify trends and translate insights into action.
- Experience managing marketing budgets and forecasting ROI.
- Excellent project management and organisational skills, capable of handling multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, able to convey data‑driven insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Experience working within the European Union market, understanding regional nuances and regulations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience in mobility, transportation or financial services sectors.
- Familiarity with account‑based marketing strategy.
- Experience with data‑visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Experience in multilingual marketing campaigns.
- Fluency in one or more additional European languages (e.g., French, German, Italian) is advantageous but not essential.
- Experience building and leading cross‑functional marketing initiatives.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and their role in the revenue funnel.
- Experience with customer segmentation and personalization strategies within the EU market.
