WEX is seeking a permanent, full-time Associate Counsel for Global Procurement. Reporting to the Legal Director, Global Procurement, the successful candidate will provide legal support to WEX's Business Owners and Procurement Team on vendor engagements, third-party transactions, and related matters. This includes drafting, reviewing, and negotiating technology licenses, consulting, and professional services agreements, while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and data privacy regulations.Eligibility:
- Qualified lawyer or practicing solicitor with a current practicing certificate.
- PQE in a well-regarded law firm and/or corporation.
- Experience negotiating technology license agreements (SaaS, software, cloud, SLAs, security exhibits, and privacy addenda).
- Experience negotiating consulting, professional services, telecom, hardware, and real estate agreements.
- Strong communication, organizational, drafting, and project management skills.
Salary & Benefits:
- Highly competitive salary: £60,000 - £65,000 (dependent on experience).
