Exciting new opportunity for a Finance Analyst to join a rapidly expanding, international organisation with ambitious plans for the future. We are looking for an enthusiastic Finance Analyst to work closely with senior stakeholders and other internal and external parties to ensure all reconciliations are performed accurately and in a timely manner across all currencies and entities. This is a fundamental analyst role within the finance department as part of the Financial Operations team, responsible for the Client Funds reconciliation and associated processes.

How you’ll make an impact
- Daily execution of client funds reconciliation
- Daily customer funding validation process, ensuring that any issues are escalated in a timely manner
- Verification of critical financial data output and subsequent troubleshooting
- Management and review of live platform deposits to ensure accurate fund allocation
- Assist with and maintain effective working relationships with our financial issuer as a point of contact for finance-related queries
- Reconciliation of Mastercard settlement and interchange information
- Work with key stakeholders to ensure any negative customer balances are highlighted, rectified and escalated in a timely manner
- Analyse, investigate and resolve historical difference within the reconciliation spreadsheet
- Review customer funding as appropriate, highlighting any variances that occur
- Evaluate and provide feedback on the existing processes
Experience you’ll bring
- Degree educated and potential further education in Finance, Accountancy, Treasury
- Advanced Excel Skills
- A high level of attention to detail
- Proactive hands‑on approach with an excellent attention to detail to keen to make a difference
- Ability to multi‑task and produce accurate and timely data to tight timelines
- A self-starter with strong ambition to grow and develop
- Relevant experience in reconciling financial data
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the confidence to articulate clearly
- Ability to work effectively in cross‑functional teams and collaborate with stakeholders from various departments.
- Strong communication skills to facilitate productive interactions
- Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy and precision in financial analysis, cash forecasting and transaction processing
- Ability to detect errors or discrepancies and take corrective actions
- Flexibility to adapt to changing business environments, market conditions, and willingness to learn and stay updated with emerging practices in treasury management
- Prior use of Netsuite useful
- Proficiency in navigating and managing online banking platforms
- Background of working with payments scheme providers (i.e. Mastercard and Visa)
