The Senior Revenue Marketing Manager for the EU Mobility business line will develop and execute strategic, revenue‑driving marketing initiatives across EMEA. This role focuses on optimizing customer acquisition to maximize revenue growth for the EU Mobility business. The ideal candidate is data‑driven, highly analytical, and has a strong understanding of customer journey optimisation and marketing automation. A 9‑month fixed‑term contract requires availability for a short notice start and commitment to the full duration.

How you’ll make an impact
- Develop and implement comprehensive revenue marketing strategies aligned with EU Mobility objectives and revenue targets.
- Drive sales transformation by supporting the transition to an Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)‑focused model.
- Deliver the marketing plan, tracking performance against growth and conversion targets.
- Align marketing output with evolved sales objectives for high‑value customer segments.
- Design and execute targeted campaigns across channels to acquire high‑quality leads in the EU market.
- Optimize customer activation through targeted communications and onboarding programs.
- Collaborate on retention programs to minimise churn and maximise customer lifetime value.
- Leverage marketing automation to nurture leads, personalise communications, and automate touchpoints.
- Define, track, and analyse key revenue metrics (e.g., CAC, activation rate, engagement score, churn rate, LTV).
- Conduct A/B and multivariate testing on marketing assets and journey touchpoints.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product Marketing, and Customer Success to align revenue goals and strategies.
- Manage budgets for revenue‑focused initiatives, ensuring efficient resource allocation and maximum ROI.
- Stay current with trends and best practices in revenue marketing, marketing automation, and customer lifecycle management.
- Provide regular reports and insights on performance to key stakeholders.
- Champion strong internal processes and high‑level stakeholder engagement.
- Support Campaign Manager with resource planning and optimisation, driving best‑in‑class briefing standards.

- Proven track record in revenue marketing, demand generation, or a related field, driving measurable revenue growth.
- Experience developing and executing successful strategies that improve acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention.
- Deep understanding of the customer lifecycle and implementation of optimisation strategies.
- Extensive experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
- Strong analytical skills – ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
