About The Team / Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical FP&A Financial Analyst to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in supporting the company\’s financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis processes. This role will provide actionable insights to business leaders, enabling data-driven decision-making and driving overall financial performance.

How You\’ll Make An Impact
- Develop, maintain, and update financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.
- Analyse financial results, identify trends, and provide variance explanations against budgets and forecasts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant financial and operational data.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and presentations for senior management.
- Support strategic initiatives by providing financial insights and scenario analysis.
- Monitor key performance indicators and recommend improvements to enhance profitability and efficiency.
- Assist in the preparation of board reports, management meetings, and ad-hoc analysis requests.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data through rigorous data validation and reconciliation.
Qualifications
- Qualified Accountant / Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- Experience in financial planning and analysis or related financial roles.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; experience with ERP systems and BI tools, Anaplan is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex financial information clearly.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
