- Building strong relationships with healthcare professionals and clients

- Headhunting, matching, and placing candidates into live locum roles
- Managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to locum placement
- Developing new business and growing your own specialist market
- Working towards targets with support and coaching from experienced mentors

You'll enjoy a mix of office collaboration and external client and candidate meetings, with easy access to London Bridge, Monument, Tower Hill, Bank, and Fenchurch Street stations and iconic landmarks The Tower of London, Monument, and Leadenhall Market.

Earnings:
As a recruitment consultant, your earnings combine a competitive basic salary with uncapped commission. You'll be rewarded directly for your results through our commission and salary incentive schemes. The typical starting salary is £25,000 DOE, with clear on target earnings: Year 1: £25,000‑£35,000 OTE, Year 2: £35,000‑£65,000 OTE, Year 3: £75,000+ OTE.
Contract, dates and working times:
Full‑time permanent 9am to 5:30pm.
