We are looking for a Senior Manager, Asset & Inventory to lead our global strategy for tracking, managing, and optimizing WeWork’s technology assets. In this role, you will:
- Oversee the global inventory and lifecycle of all technology assets, including IT, AV, and Security hardware, across WeWork locations and Corporate HQ offices. This includes ownership of associated budgets, spend tracking, and cost optimization.
- Oversee the global inventory and lifecycle of ISP contracts, including renewals, bandwidth upgrades, budget tracking, and spend optimization.
- Lead the implementation and ongoing refinement of asset tracking systems to ensure accuracy, accountability, and visibility across all regions.
- Manage software and hardware licensing globally. Ensure timely renewals, right-sizing of usage, and cost optimization.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders in Procurement, Finance, Engineering, and Operations to align asset management with business needs and project delivery timelines.
- Own and enhance the technology asset register. Ensure it is maintained, reconciled, and used effectively to support audit, compliance, and reporting obligations.
- Develop and maintain scalable processes to support the intake, deployment, transfer, and decommissioning of technology assets globally.
- Create and maintain dashboards and reporting to track asset utilization, depreciation, warranty status, and license compliance.
- Build and lead a distributed team of asset and inventory professionals. Foster a culture of accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Serve as the point of escalation for regional and global inventory issues. Help drive resolution and system improvements.
- Partner with internal audit and risk functions to ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
- Evaluate and implement best-in-class tools and platforms to support global asset management at scale.
About You

- 7+ years of experience in asset and inventory management, with at least 3 years leading global teams or large regional operations.
- Strong working knowledge of IT, AV, and Security hardware lifecycle and licensing models.
- Proven experience implementing or managing asset tracking and inventory platforms. Examples include ServiceNow, JAMF, Lansweeper, or equivalent.
- Experience managing enterprise software licensing agreements and renewals.
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills. Confident in interpreting data and using insights to drive decisions.
- Clear and concise communication style. Comfortable collaborating with stakeholders across technical and business functions.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and scale processes globally.
- Passionate about process, accuracy, and building scalable systems that support organizational growth.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
