About The Opportunity

We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to build a strong inbound sales pipeline. This role will primarily focus on nurturing and qualifying inbound leads, while occasionally supporting outbound prospecting to help accelerate sales performance. In this role, you will:

  • Nurture, develop, and handoff leads that result in qualified opportunities to the Sales team
  • Own a territory and be responsible for driving qualified tours and handoffs to accelerate sales performance
  • Own the sales process: contact identification, lead qualification, prospecting, pipeline building and opportunity identification
  • Work with automation platforms to efficiently input and track data
  • Collaborate closely with Leasing Teams to ensure smooth handoff and alignment on target accounts
  • Execute strategy and process implemented by Inside Sales Leadership
  • Be a positive WeWork brand ambassador and effectively communicate our value proposition to prospects
  • Provide unmatched customer service to potential prospects to ensure an excellent start to their member experience

About You

  • At least 6 months of professional experience in sales or related industry
  • Fluency in English and an additional European language (German/French Preferred)
  • Experience in working and thriving in a fast paced environment
  • Track record of sales in cold calling and emailing are helpful
  • Comfortable using marketing automation platforms and CRM – Salesforce experience highly desirable
  • Demonstrated experience in prospecting, developing and handing off sales
  • Strong customer service skills with a passion for building relationships
