About the Role

WeWork is seeking a strategic, commercially minded, and results-driven marketing leader to serve as Director, International Regional Marketing & Global Enterprise Programs as part of WeWork’s Global Marketing Team. This role will lead regional marketing strategy and execution across WeWork’s International markets while also overseeing global enterprise marketing, broker marketing, account-based marketing (ABM), and thought leadership initiatives that support pipeline growth and strategic revenue objectives worldwide.

This role is uniquely positioned at the intersection of regional growth marketing and global strategic account marketing. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving regional demand generation and brand growth across key international markets while also developing and scaling global enterprise and broker marketing programs that support WeWork’s broader commercial objectives.

This role reports directly to the Senior Director, Global Marketing and works closely with regional marketing counterparts in North America and Latin America, as well as global shared services teams.

Responsibilities:

  • International Regional Marketing Leadership
    • Develop and lead the regional marketing strategy for International markets to drive awareness, member acquisition, retention, engagement, and revenue growth across priority cities and countries.
    • Serve as the primary marketing lead and strategic advisor to International regional leadership, ensuring marketing initiatives align closely with business goals and commercial priorities.
    • Lead regional marketing planning and execution across the International portfolio, ensuring localized campaigns and programs are optimized for performance, efficiency, and market relevance.
    • Partner with global shared services teams to adapt and localize campaigns, messaging, creative assets, and customer experiences for maximum impact across regional markets.
    • Work closely with regional Sales, Product, Technology, Real Estate, and Community teams to support pipeline generation, occupancy goals, conversion optimization, and market growth initiatives.
    • Become the subject matter expert on WeWork’s products, audiences, competitive landscape, and customer needs across International markets.
    • Analyze regional marketing performance and customer insights to optimize strategy, improve campaign effectiveness, and identify new growth opportunities.
    • Define, monitor, and communicate key performance metrics and business outcomes to regional stakeholders and executive leadership.
    • Manage and allocate the corresponding regional marketing budget and P&L responsibly and effectively.
    • Partner with global digital teams to optimize regional SEO, paid media, lifecycle marketing, and website conversion strategies.
  • Global Enterprise and Broker Marketing:
    • Lead the development and execution of global enterprise marketing and broker marketing strategies designed to drive pipeline growth, strategic account engagement, and revenue opportunities.
    • Own and scale account-based marketing (ABM) programs targeting enterprise accounts, strategic prospects, and key customer segments in partnership with Enterprise Sales teams.
    • Partner with Sales Operations and Sales leadership to define account prioritization, segmentation strategies, and integrated go-to-market approaches for enterprise audiences.
    • Develop global broker marketing programs that strengthen relationships with CRE brokers, increase partner engagement, and drive broker-sourced pipeline opportunities.
    • Create integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, content, events, partnerships, and field marketing channels to support enterprise and broker growth objectives.
    • Collaborate closely with Sales teams to align marketing efforts with pipeline priorities, sales enablement needs, and revenue goals.
    • Measure and report on enterprise and broker marketing performance, including engagement, influenced pipeline, conversion, and ROI metrics.
    • Partner with Communications, PR, Brand, and Content teams to ensure enterprise and broker audiences are supported with compelling messaging, customer stories, and strategic narratives.
  • Enterprise Content Strategy & Thought Leadership:
    • Lead the strategy for enterprise-focused and broker-focused content and thought leadership initiatives globally.
    • Identify opportunities to position WeWork leaders as authoritative voices across workplace innovation, flexibility, commercial real estate, and the future of work.
    • Oversee the development of executive-level content, customer success stories, market insights, whitepapers, and industry perspectives that support demand generation and brand positioning.
    • Ensure content strategies support the full customer journey, including awareness, engagement, pipeline acceleration, and customer retention.
    • Drive market research and competitive analysis to inform messaging, positioning, and strategic storytelling.
    • Partner cross-functionally to ensure consistency across brand, communications, PR, digital, and regional marketing initiatives.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration & Operations:
    • Work collaboratively across Sales, Product, Real Estate, Revenue Operations, Brand, Finance, and Community teams to support WeWork’s business objectives globally.
    • Partner with Finance and Operations teams to ensure marketing investments are aligned with business priorities and deliver measurable ROI.
    • Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, partners, and event stakeholders as needed to support regional and global marketing initiatives.
    • Foster strong collaboration across global marketing teams and regional counterparts to ensure alignment, knowledge sharing, and operational excellence.

Experience & Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a strong background in regional marketing, enterprise marketing, field marketing, ABM, growth marketing, or demand generation.
  • Proven experience developing and executing enterprise marketing and strategic account-based marketing programs.
  • Experience partnering closely with Sales organizations to drive pipeline growth and measurable commercial outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise customer journeys, B2B marketing strategy, and integrated campaign planning.
  • Experience marketing to enterprise, commercial real estate, workplace, SaaS, technology, or professional services audiences preferred.
  • Exceptional storytelling, communication, and executive presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), marketing automation platforms, and reporting tools such as Tableau.
  • Fluency with data and analytics.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills with experience influencing cross-functional and executive-level partners.
  • Ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on execution in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills, including experience managing complex initiatives across regions and teams.
  • Experience working within global and matrixed organizations preferred.
