Wetmore Road Surgery is seeking a dedicated Practice Pharmacist to join our busy Burton-on-Trent practice for a 12-month fixed-term maternity cover. You will work with GPs, ANPs and our established Pharmacist Team to deliver direct patient care and manage chronic disease, medication reviews and safety improvements.
You will reconcile medicines, provide clinical advice, support medicines optimisation, and contribute to public health initiatives within a welcoming, collaborative team environment.
