We opened our doors in November 2025 and our Lettings business has grown rapidly ever since across SW London. We're looking for a Head of Lettings and Valuer to grow, manage and oversee our Lettings business. This is a hands-on role, perfect for an entrepreneurial individual looking to grow their career in the industry in a start-up environment. What you'll do:
- Grow our Lettings and Management business using both 'old-school' and 'new-age' techniques.
- Anything from door-knocking, attending networking events, social media and collaborations.
- Collaborate with other partner agents, and pitch our services as the go-to Lettings and Management business in Greater London and beyond.
- Conduct appraisals and win new business with corporate and individual landlords.
- Manage the end-to-end lettings process, including advertising available properties and conducting viewings.
- Undertake basic new-instruction property inspections to ensure that the properties we let live up to our relentlessly high standards.
- Coordinate tenancy agreements, renewals, and associated documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of all lettings activities and tenant information using our CRM and Property Management systems.
- Collaborate with contractors and maintenance companies to ensure properties are in excellent condition for viewings and tenancies.
- Monitor market trends to optimise rental rates and maximise occupancy levels.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and company policies throughout all leasing activities.
Requirements:
- Proven Lettings and/or Property Management experience, for at least 2 years.
- Deep understanding of the Renters' Rights Act, lettings legislation and relevant compliance - this is essential.
- Ability to work autonomously, build your own growth pipeline and ensure smooth-running day-to-day lettings operations.
- Experience using Rightmove, Zoopla, OnTheMarket and CRM/Management software.
- Commercially-minded and able to negotiate on behalf of the business, landlords and clients.
- Keen networker who's willing to put themselves out there, and 'do whatever it takes' to reach a goal.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clients.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A proactive attitude with problem-solving capabilities and a customer-focused approach.
- Car and driving licence is preferred, but not essential.
