WeThree Collective is looking for a senior Communications Partner to help shape, strengthen and deliver high-value strategic communication work. We work across strategy, communication and creative delivery, helping organisations explain strategy clearly so people align faster and businesses move forward. Our work includes leadership presentations, internal communications, brand systems, digital experiences, motion and strategic communication tools for organisations across high-end fashion, heavy industry, finance, technology, insurance, property, recruitment, food and hospitality.
We are not a traditional agency. No bloated structure, no unnecessary layers. Just a senior UK collective of strategists, writers, designers, illustrators, animators and digital creatives, brought together around the right brief.
This role is for someone who understands how complex organisations communicate, and where that communication breaks down. You may have led communications, brand, strategy, client relationships or new business inside an agency, consultancy or in-house team. The title matters less than your judgement, your standards and your ability to turn complexity into clear, useful work.
The role could include:
- Shaping strategic communication offers
- Supporting leadership messaging
- Helping define briefs
- Guiding client relationships
- Building trusted partnerships
- Leading parts of the work itself
This is a senior, flexible role for someone self-directed, commercially aware and comfortable working without heavy process or hand-holding. You will be expected to work independently, contribute to the quality of the offer and help create momentum around the right opportunities.
There is no fixed salary or day rate. Like the founders, you earn through the value you create. That could include paid involvement in client projects, profit share or other commercial arrangements depending on the nature of the role and the work involved.
This role will suit someone experienced, credible and entrepreneurial, who values clarity, quality and senior-level thinking. Someone more interested in doing meaningful work with the right organisations than chasing volume.
Job description summary:
- Senior new business mindset, with a clear focus on bringing in the right type of work
- Strong experience across all aspects of new business, from opening doors and building relationships to shaping proposals and converting opportunities
- Proven track record of winning new work and turning conversations into client relationships
- Help define briefs, clarify client needs and strengthen the offer
- Build and manage trusted client relationships
- Contribute to proposals, commercial thinking, pricing and growth opportunities
- Work closely with the wider WeThree collective to bring the right team around each brief
- Operate independently, with strong judgement, commercial maturity and high standards
