OFG invites applications for the position of Mechanics Instructor / Teacher at Wetheringsett Manor, Suffolk (IP14 5QX). The role requires 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:15 am – 3:45 pm, with a salary up to £39,000 per annum (depending on experience, not pro rata). It is a permanent, term‑time position starting in October 2026. UK applicants only – no sponsorship available.
About the Role
A Mechanics Instructor/Teacher will support the effective delivery of the school curriculum by teaching a range of subjects as required, ensuring lessons are engaging, inclusive, and responsive to pupils’ needs. The postholder will work closely with the Headteacher, undertake additional responsibilities as agreed with the Head of Education, and help develop and implement the school’s curriculum and educational provision.
