We’re looking for a passionate, experienced, and motivated Salon Manager to lead our friendly and professional team at Hairstyles@Wetherells. If you’re a qualified stylist (Level 3 or above) with a flair for leadership and a love for delivering exceptional client experiences, this could be the perfect next step in your career. This is a full-time role, working a minimum of 36.5 hours per week, within a well-established, family‑run salon that prides itself on professionalism, teamwork, and outstanding customer care.

About the Role

As Salon Manager, you’ll play a key role in the smooth day‑to‑day running of the salon while inspiring your team to perform at their best. You’ll combine your technical expertise with strong leadership skills to maintain high standards, grow client loyalty, and create a welcoming, vibrant environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of the salon to ensure efficiency and excellent service
  • Plan and manage staff schedules, taking into account busy periods and seasonal trends
  • Maintain optimal stock levels by ordering products as needed
