Wetherby High School in North Leeds is seeking an experienced SENCo to develop and lead our SEND strategy.

You will work as a Senior Manager across the school and part of the Extended Leadership Team, driving inclusive practices and ensuring the well-being of our vulnerable learners.

You will inspire a forward-thinking SEND team, embrace restorative approaches, and help every pupil realise their potential through strong leadership and collaboration.
