The EPOSS cluster is a small team made up of targeted services to support children and families who attend our cluster schools located in Wetherby, Boston Spa, villages west and south. We are now seeking to appoint the role of Family Support Worker to support the EPOSS cluster. Employed by Wetherby High School, this position is to work under the direction of the Cluster Lead to support our families when they need it most.

It is essential that the post holder shares our ethos. We believe every child deserves to be surrounded by adults who are committed to helping them thrive in all aspects of life, not just education and firmly believe that in order to move forwards we need to be prepared and able to do things differently and do different things.
