WeSwim is seeking an experienced fundraiser to lead the next stage of growth, focusing on unrestricted income through community fundraising, individual giving and corporate partnerships. You will own the strategy, explore new income streams, and collaborate with the CEO and Volunteering Manager in a small, hands-on team.
The role offers ownership, is home-based with travel to London, and requires 22–30 hours per week with a pro-rata salary.
