Key Responsibilities * Lead the delivery of mechanical works across commercial building services projects * Coordinate project activities from planning through to completion, ensuring works meet programme, budget and quality requirements * Liaise with key project stakeholders, including contractors, consultants, clients and subcontractors * Manage subcontractor performance, procurement and material requirements * Monitor project progress, costs and resources, providing regular updates to stakeholders * Oversee installation, testing, commissioning, snagging and handover of mechanical services * Ensure all works are completed in line with relevant health
