Job Description Software QA Engineer (Automation & Manual) Hybrid (up to 5 days a month in office with notice) Northampton Salary: Up to £47,000+benefits QA engineer with an interest in security & defence? Experience with writing Manual and Automation tests, with a comprehension of Locust, Python and approach to CI/CD in a cross-collaborative team? This role is initially 2/3 days a week on site, moving to a more remote setting where in office would be with notice only for unique situations (new product rollouts, fixing, etc.) An opportunity to join an already established QA function as their first individual QA Engineer with a capacity to head up a team in the future. Responsibilities/Experience QA experience with test automation tools and frameworks TCP/IP and networking experience comprehension is a benefit Ability to excel in scripting and automation, creating reusable, maintainable test scripts Isolate and resolve software defects, with clear communication and articulation of findings Create thorough documentation of test plans, procedures and outcomes Be part of a collaborative team with Engineering/Development to build and maintain CICD pipelines, integrating testing…
