Westwood Hospitality are on the lookout for a Reservations Manager for one of London's most exciting hospitality groups. As Reservations Manager, you will play a key role in maximising covers, driving revenue, and ensuring every guest interaction reflects the standards and personality of our brands. You will oversee all reservation activity, optimise booking performance, manage guest communications, and lead the reservations team to deliver a seamless experience from first contact through to arrival.
You will work closely with General Managers, Operations, Marketing and Revenue teams to maximise occupancy, manage guest demand, and support business performance.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Reservations Manager or Senior Reservations Executive within premium hospitality
- Strong knowledge of the OpenTable reservations systems and booking platforms
- Commercial awareness and understanding of revenue optimisation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-site environment
- Passion for hospitality and guest experience
