We are seeking a dedicated Resident Liaison Officer (Temp) to serve as a vital link between Retirement Village residents and project teams during ongoing developments. Responsibilities:
- Act as the key liaison between residents, clients, and on-site teams
- Manage consultations and lead all pre-commencement communications
- Anticipate resident needs and provide support to minimise disruption throughout works
- Coordinate trade schedules to maintain smooth, efficient workflows
- Provide ongoing aftercare, addressing issues promptly and ensuring a positive resident experience
