We are seeking a dedicated Resident Liaison Officer (Temp) to serve as a vital link between Retirement Village residents and project teams during ongoing developments. The successful candidate will facilitate clear communication, address concerns, and ensure community engagement throughout the project duration.

Pay: From Β£32,000 pro rata

Duration: 7-10 weeks commencing 23/02/26

Location: Woodhouse, Sheffield

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the key liaison between residents, clients, and on-site teams
  • Manage consultations and lead all pre-commencement communications
  • Anticipate resident needs and provide support to minimise disruption throughout works
  • Coordinate trade schedules to maintain smooth, efficient workflows
  • Provide ongoing aftercare, addressing issues promptly and ensuring a positive resident experience

Experience:

  • 2 years experience as a RLO/TLO
