Regional Business Development Manager – Waste Management

Covering Northwest & Leeds | Field-Based Role

£40,000–£50,000 base + Car Allowance or Company Car

We\’re looking for a dynamic Regional Business Development Manager to drive new business and deliver innovative waste solutions across Liverpool, Manchester, Northwest to Leeds.

What You’ll Be Doing

Lead field-based sales across Liverpool, the wider Northwest & Leeds
Win new business in waste management & recycling solutions
Build and expand client accounts in manufacturing, construction, retail, logistics
Deliver tailored solutions using a consultative sales approach
Proactively prospect via calls, LinkedIn, site visits & events
Collaborate with operations to ensure seamless service delivery

What You’ll Need

Proven success in waste management sales
Strong B2B field sales background with a history of smashing targets
Confident, driven, and relationship-focused
Commercially sharp and highly self-motivated
Full UK driving licence – essential for travel
