About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to take full responsibility for delivering construction projects safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and manage site operations, including documentation and welfare
- Lead and coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and internal departments
- Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety regulations at all times
- Manage project programmes, progress, risks, and reporting
- Chair meetings with subcontractors, internal teams, and clients
- Oversee QA processes, inspections, and quality documentation via Procore
- Maintain accurate daily records and project documentation
- Liaise with clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
- Monitor budgets, valuations, variations, and subcontractor performance
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in construction
- Experience in fire remediation projects
- Strong knowledge of H&S regulations and site management
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Experience using Procore (preferred)
