The Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a well-established front and back-of-house team.

• Act as the primary host and ambassador for the restaurant.
• Drive sales, profitability, and operational excellence.
• Develop and mentor management and supervisory teams.
• Ensure the highest standards of service, food quality, and presentation.
• Manage budgets, labour costs, and financial performance.
• Build strong relationships with regular guests and the local community.
• Maintain compliance with all health, safety, and licensing requirements.

• Proven experience as a General Manager within a high-quality restaurant, premium dining venue, or hospitality operation.
