We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of major EPC substation and electrical infrastructure projects across the UK. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong commercial awareness, proven P&L accountability, and experience managing multidisciplinary teams across complex HV infrastructure programmes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead EPC substation projects from tender through to handover
  • Own project delivery, financial performance, and contract strategy
  • Manage multidisciplinary project teams and subcontractors
  • Oversee construction planning, procurement, engineering, commissioning, and energisation
  • Ensure compliance with NEC/FIDIC contracts, CDM regulations, and HSE standards
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders

What We’re Looking For:

  • Extensive EPC substation project experience
  • Strong commercial and P&L management capability
  • Experience delivering projects safely, on time, and within budget
  • Strong understanding of engineering, procurement, and construction processes
  • Excellent stakeholder and team leadership skills
  • Degree qualified in Electrical Engineering (or related discipline)
  • PMP or equivalent certification preferred
