We are looking for an experienced CCTV & Security Engineer to join our growing team in Milton Keynes. This is a field-based role working across a variety of commercial sites, with a strong focus on CCTV systems, fault finding, servicing, and maintenance.
You’ll be responsible for maintaining and repairing CCTV and integrated security systems while delivering a high level of customer service on-site.
Location: Milton Keynes
Key Responsibilities
- Service, maintain, and fault-find on CCTV systems (IP & analogue)
- Diagnose and repair faults efficiently across integrated security systems
- Work on associated access control and intruder alarm systems where required
- Carry out system health checks and ensure compliance with relevant standards
- Complete service reports and documentation accurately
- Provide excellent customer support and technical advice on-site
- Assist with small installation and upgrade works when needed
- Participate in a shared telephone support/call-out rota
Systems Experience Required
- CCTV Systems – Hikvision, Dahua (IP & analogue)
- Access Control – Paxton, Comelit PAC
- Intruder Alarms – Texecom, Honeywell Galaxy
- Basic knowledge of Fire Alarm systems advantageous
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a CCTV or Security Service Engineer
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- Good working knowledge of IP CCTV systems and networking
- Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
- Professional, reliable, and customer-focused approach
- Good communication and reporting skills
- Full UK driving licence
- Ability to pass security vetting
