We are looking for an experienced CCTV & Security Engineer to join our growing team in Milton Keynes. This is a field-based role working across a variety of commercial sites, with a strong focus on CCTV systems, fault finding, servicing, and maintenance.

You’ll be responsible for maintaining and repairing CCTV and integrated security systems while delivering a high level of customer service on-site.

Location: Milton Keynes

Key Responsibilities

  • Service, maintain, and fault-find on CCTV systems (IP & analogue)
  • Diagnose and repair faults efficiently across integrated security systems
  • Work on associated access control and intruder alarm systems where required
  • Carry out system health checks and ensure compliance with relevant standards
  • Complete service reports and documentation accurately
  • Provide excellent customer support and technical advice on-site
  • Assist with small installation and upgrade works when needed
  • Participate in a shared telephone support/call-out rota

Systems Experience Required

  • CCTV Systems – Hikvision, Dahua (IP & analogue)
  • Access Control – Paxton, Comelit PAC
  • Intruder Alarms – Texecom, Honeywell Galaxy
  • Basic knowledge of Fire Alarm systems advantageous

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience as a CCTV or Security Service Engineer
  • Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
  • Good working knowledge of IP CCTV systems and networking
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
  • Professional, reliable, and customer-focused approach
  • Good communication and reporting skills
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Ability to pass security vetting
