Key Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly management accounts, reports, and financial statements
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and cashflow analysis
- Analyse P&L and performance across bar/restaurant sites
- Assist with stock, GP, labour and operational cost reviews
- Provide commercial insight to operations teams and senior leaders
- Help streamline financial processes and implement best practices
- Liaise with external stakeholders, auditors, and suppliers
Candidate Requirements
- Experience as a Management Accountant, ideally within hospitality
- Strong knowledge of bar/restaurant accounting (big advantage!)
- Part-qualified or qualified (ACCA/CIMA) preferred, but experience counts
- Excellent Excel and financial reporting skills
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to explain financials clearly
- A proactive, enthusiastic personality that fits a fun and dynamic environment
